SonicC – Dj/Producer

Whatup guys, time for some updates!

First off, by now you guys should know im signed to Dim Mak and working on an artist album for them. I expect the album to be done in a few more months, doing everything on it from disco to my usual big dutch house sound to some more commercial big room house to dubstep, cant wait to finish it! Its going to blow you away if youre expecting an album with bunch of straight dancefloor tracks.

Been getting a lot of great tracks to remix, cant talk about all of them just yet, (check my twitter for updates about those and where you can buy them). Some of the remixes are of Mimo, Ali Love, Dj Class, Digital Lab & Angger Dimas(and of course more i cant name yet ).

My first single on Dim Mak is going to be Drunk Skunk, (you can check it out on myspace.com/soniccmusicofficial) with two amazing remixes by the LA Riots and Joachim Garraud! B-Side track is going to be Androids on Acid, been dropping that track every gig yet and it always goes off! Still getting the promos out there but expect support from the big boys on this.

Hey guys, been a while since my last blog post so im going to talk about a few different things now…

First of all Stickin is now released! Yep, the track getting played by every big name in electro house is finally on beatport along with some great remixes . Check that out HERE. Now to help promote the release i decided to include a couple freebies here, two unreleased remixes of Stickin’!

This first one is by a new Artist named TailzZ, and is much more techy than the Original

I’ve also decided to start a monthly podcast, heres episode 1, this is going to focus on some house and dubstep tracks, next month is disco so stay tuned for that . I also have some exciting news… i am now a member of the Dim Mak family, i’ll be doing an album with them over the course of next year . I dont want to give away too much yet but this is really exciting for me!

Well, lots of you have probably found the leak of Stickin thats been getting posted on some blogs and forums and i would just like to say something about it….

The leak is NOT THE FINAL VERSION of the track. I know most of you are going to play it anyways but its really missing alot of essential stuff, the kick on the final version is different, ect ect. The final version has some changes that help mixing it in and out, its also NOT the version Crookers, A-Track, ect have been playing.

Just wanted to put that out there because nothing gets me more than someone thinking bad about my work when its not the finished version.

Well first thing i want to address, is the track Stickin’. As most of you know that track is really getting big and alot of you want it, well i have good news! Its coming out along with Slipup on Mixmash probably right after summer. I was also contacted by a clearing company to clear Stickin’ to be in GTA 4 Episode 2! I love the series so i was really excited to get that… so who knows maybe youll get to steal cars to Stickin’ lol. 

Lots of other tracks that got signed too, its going to be hard for me to give away tracks consistently but im going to try to give away at least 1 new bootleg/track every couple months. This Months is Android(SonicC Bootleg)-The Prodigy, been getting spins from Laidback Luke, supposedly Afrojack but i cant confirm that personally.

Been doing lots of remix work, i get sent sooo many good tracks, its hard to not want to put the SonicC flavor on them, but you guys will soon be hearing a new work from me and Felix Cartal, Fidget/Electro Crazyness+Dutch House Crazyness+????????=(Coming Soon)

I dont know how many of you are familiar with Nervous Records, but they are one of the oldest and prestigious labels around, and guess what? They signed Exit! The whole track got a makeover by Digital LAB and Max Vangeli so get ready for some crazyness . You can hear the new version on the website player and on myspace. Maybe ill release the original version as a freebie in a while, who knows ?
